We’ve partnered with Our Gentle Touch Chiropractic Services to provide a unique therapeutic approach of Chiropractic Care!


Treatments provided by our chiropractors with over 40+ years of experience are not traditional chiropractic technique, but a combination of care including modalities tailored to each of our resident’s needs.  We provide age-appropriate care including gentle chiropractic joint mobilization technique, soft tissue massage, gentle stretching, trigger and pressure points to offer symptom relief, comfort and relaxation.

Mindful Meditation Sessions
We offer meditation sessions that promote calm, peace, and balance. Studies show that those who practice mindful mediation have significantly greater reductions in their systolic and diastolic blood pressure than those who learned progressive muscle relaxation, suggesting that mindfulness could help people at risk for heart disease by bringing blood pressure down.

Interacting with a friendly pet can help many physical and mental issues. It can help reduce blood pressure and improve overall cardiovascular health. It can also release endorphins that produce a calming effect. This can help alleviate pain, reduce stress, and improve your overall psychological state.


Art therapy has been shown to benefit people of all ages. Research indicates art therapy can improve communication and concentration and can help reduce feelings of isolation. This type of therapy has also been shown to lead to increases in self-esteem, confidence, and self-awareness.


Music therapy can help with communication and expression, help explore thoughts and feelings, improve mood and concentration and develop coping skills. Music therapy can help decrease chronic pain, anxiety, fatigue and depression.
